On my other car, they charge me 650 for fixing a flat tire. When I ask why you the repair cost went up? they said because it is BMW. They are not honest.

"My service advisor Bob, did a great job. Friendly and..." My service advisor Bob, did a great job. Friendly and efficient. On the other hand, Jeff the used car manger, needs to be let go. On two different occasions he has been very disrespectful and doesn’t provide the quality one would expect from BMW. Because of Jeff’s actions i will no longer bring my business of 7+ years to the Erhard group.

My SA was friendly, But kept my vehicle 6 days and only after I called him to check on my vehicle could only tell me if you spend $1500 it might solve your problem. We'll undo all the new parts replace them with all new parts and maybe just maybe. I thought that's why you should use certified BMW techs to fix the problems. WOW...

I've sent numerous emails to both Shannon and Steve but not one of them took the time to reply. I've even called and left a voicemail and no one returned my phone calls or text messages. Stay away from these guys. You will have to chase them too!
"Just an average experience" Service was fine- nothing special, nothing poorly done. However, I was concerned about the number of customers not wearing masks during their time in the waiting room. I would have expected the associates working at the dealorship to encourage all individuals to wear their masks. I ended up sitting outside the actual waiting room.
