Sabrina Rolle, Erhard of Bloomfield Hills, was a pleasure to work with. Sabrina and I came to what I believe to be a fair price for a great car. Sabrina set me up for delivery of my 2013 X3 through the Driving Performance Center in Spartanburg, SC. It was a fantastic experience that went off without a hitch--all we had to do was show up and I and my wife were treated royally. I am always treated with respect and honesty at Erhard BMW. This is my 3rd car with them and I have only good things to say about the sales and service department. They are honest, helpful, sincere, and fair. My sales rep (Ron Peurach) was very accommodating about delivering my new car to me when it was convenient for -me-, and he went out of his way. from the time i entered the showroom till i took delivery of bmw lxi, i was treated extremely well. The manager and sales person were very knowledgeable and courteous. The cars features were all explained in great detail by sales person (Sabrina)

David nank was patient with me as a first time BMW owner, letting me see and drive what I was interested in and not pressuring me into something I didn't want. He explained all the options and answered all my questions about the vehicle and financing alternatives.

Dave was very helpful and able to set me up with a great car at a great price. I drove over 30 miles and passed another BWM dealer on the way just to get to the dealership. The salesman Dave really worked for me and was able to show me a few cars that fit my needs and wants. He even matched a price on a lesser model to help me out. Thank you so much Erhard BMW!

I have been a customer of Erhard BMW of Bloomfield Hills for a number of years. Every aspect of Erhard has not only met, but consistently EXCEEDED my expectations! From the service I have received in sales to the service/maintenance team, I have been treated like I am their #1 priority. They go above and beyond to keep their customers satisfied.
