My experience at Erhard was great! From the time we were greeted at the desk until the time we left, everyone was very helpful and happy to assist. Jeni`and the entire Erhard team went out of their way to insure that our buying experience was as smooth as possible. The follow up has also been excellent.
After looking for some time for a new BMW we decided to look at Erhard. They had may more volume of cars available and the ability to make a deal happen fast and to our liking was a bonus. Jeni was beyond responsive and set a new standard for customer service and experience. We will definitely be coming back for our next BMW.
Just had my first experience with Erhard BMW of Bloomfield Hills and they now have my business for life. It is my opinion, and my experience, that the service team does more than enough to win customers for life on the first visit. There is another BMW dealer closer to my home, but I'll gladly drive to Erhard from now on.
