After being shown total disrespect in one dealership ("You don't want to buy that car. Why on earth do you want to buy a diesel?") and ignored by another - wouldn't answer repeated simple questions, such as "How do the discounts work?" I decided to try Erhard. I have had BMW's for most of my driving life. I've never had the service and care that I have since I found Erhard. They are always available when I need service, their sales and service people are top of the line. Most of my family now drive cars purchased from this dealership because they are top rate. "I found the service advisor very dishonest. He charged me..." I found the service advisor very dishonest. He charged me $950 for a pair of break pad. He changed break flued without my permission and charge me $500 ! I never go anywhere near that dealership again.
