"Buyer Beware!" Purchased 2 BMWs through Erhard. Was hopeful the service would match the decor of the new dealership - it definitely did NOT! Went in for a slow leak tire repair and was told I needed 3 new tires (for $900) but not the one that was leaking! Was told that one could be repaired. Declined the new tires. Reviewed the invoice when I arrived at home and found they had NOT repaired the leaking tire! REALLY! "Airbag recall cost me $600" I brought my 2013 x6 in for a airbag recall and when I received it back the turn signals were not working properly so the service advisor said to bring it back in. He called me later and said that the relay went bad and since they had just taken apart the plugs they would cover the labor if I paid $600 for the part. In my opinion the relay would have Lasted a lot longer then it did.

"Dishonest Trade Value" I just attempted to trade in my 2011 Mercedes Benz CL550 (in nearly perfect condition) on a BMW. They said the $125,000 car was now only worth only $14K. Several other local dealers have indicated that the car was worth not less than $20K Beware. The old Erhard is gone.
Awful experience! I walked in and asked about a BMW 3 series with specific packages I had in mind. Turned out they don't have that so I considered what they actually have. It was promised that I will get a call about some other used model next day (never happened). While the sales advisor explained me some general financing things, he wanted to pull my credit score the first day "to lock the rate" which sounded a bit pushy and I refused. My wife and I were looking to replace a car that my wife was driving when the lease expired. We stopped and looked at a CPO BMW. After a test drive and some thought, we decided to purchase. One problem, it was late and almost closing. Jeni and the finance fellow were awesome and stayed late to complete the transaction.
I have not had good experiences with them. Find their service to be inconsistent .... sometimes good and sometimes dishonest. I'm skeptical of 3 "5" star reviews in a row here after all the bad ones.
Went there to test drive and make an offer on a new BMW. Worked with Brian. He was doing me a favor to offer the car to me $1000 below MSRP. KBB, Edmunds, TrueCar all state that the car is selling around invoice - a $4000 difference. I made an offer that only made him angry. Anger is not a good quality in a salesperson. I went to BMW Farmington Hills and bought the car there. They treated me with respect there. Be careful at this dealership - There's probably a reason why there is only 1.5 stars on this web site.

My son and I went to purchase a bmw 228 coupe this morning. We arrived at 930am and walked the lot before the store opened at 10am. At 10 we entered the dealership and walked over to the red 228 at the front of the store. We sat in it, walked around it and waited for a salesperson to help us. We waited until 1020.
