Car of my dreams! Audi Q7 premium plus Terrific experience with the BMW Team, prompt and courteous service. The only snafu was a lack of communication between the service department and the front desk. I received a call reminding my of my appointment but the car was not ready to be picked up, the service department was still waiting for parts. Received the car in immaculate condition, did not receive upsell pressure while purchasing the warranty - love the car, GREAT PRICE
