Air bag recall Construction is being done, the facilities is not what you would expect from a BMW dealership....maybe when the construction is complete I would then recommend this dealership.
Mr. K I would not buy another vehicle from here, if it wasn’t for them not having me sign all of the proper paper work they would have gotten away with a bogus deal, and the GM told me that he would not help me , until that was of course when I informed him that all of the documents had not been signed , and he had to restructure the contact. Shady business deal all around.
Worst BMW sales experience Sales person had no knowledge loyalty programs or how employer discounts work. Just kept me sitting for hours while he chatted with his fellow sales guys..

Terrible First, this location is shockingly run down. Second, the customer service is poor. I received a call that my car was ready. I said I would “be there in a few minutes” to pick it up. When I got there, no one knew where my car was and there was no real sense of urgency or concern about figuring it out. I waited 30 minutes and finally was told my car was being washed. Extremely poor service I contacted the lot and inquired about the vehicle and then filed the finance application with Ardavan Ghassemi. I finally received financing options after it was released from service, over a week later. I started to make the necessary financial preparations to have the vehicle shipped and insured. I kept the salesman aware of my actions and express my intent to purchase the vehicle. Not good at all I needed to get recall service done and get certificate to renew registration, which was required by DMV. From the receptionist who made an appointment for me till the cashier at the end of the process, most of them had no clue about it. Only one person generates certificate, and only one another person know about he does it. Took a week to service my car.

Disappointing experience The sales person was fine. The finance department was dreadfully slow and I had to come back to resign documents because of the way the name was on my trade in. They detailed my new car and delivered it with tires that was 10lbs below the recommended PSI. I return to bring back my second key from my trade in and get the tires inflated.
