2013 X5 Repairs My Service Advisor, Wayne Chan, at BMW Service/Mountain View is an absolute pleasure to work with. Let's be real. No one likes to take their cars in for service but Wayne makes and made the process much less painful. He is extremely responsive, detailed in explaining any repairs that need to be done (in full detail, cuz I need to understand) and all with a positive, upbeat attitude and unique personal customer service that is hard to find these days.
Bmw Mountain View Marc Nappi was very helpful, respectful and nice. The wait time was almost known they took care of me and offered me a ride back home. They serviced my car faster than first estimated and even washed it for me !
Leo did fantastic work in meeting our expectations Leo walked us through a variety of options on selecting the right vehicle for us. We needed a little guidance on the right X5. He provided such a fantastic experience, that even my wife enjoyed the buying process.

Rodents in my BMW car engine BMW Mtn. View, Service Advisor, Branden Casey took the time to explain where the rodents chewed on my car engine wiring harness a 2nd time in 3 months. He kept me informed on any service updates. The service department team were also very helpful and courteous.
