Great Service I made an appoint to get my wife's air bags repaired (recall item). I dealt with Amir and would defiantly request to work with him again. Amir keep me posted on the status of our car and was very professional and courteous.

Recall It would be better if the car can be washed after repair.
Service cost more than 5K My BMW X5 is due for service and break pad as shown on the instrument panel. It is 8 years old, out of extended warranty, but only 38K miles. As I always did, I took it to BMW Mountain View. I expected it maybe at most 2K. Big mistake! The total is well over 5K! Even the inspection report I saw afterwards said the break pad is 3mm - just "need attention", but the service advisor suggested me to replace not only the pad but also the disc, plus tune up, and added up to over 5K. Regular service visit The process is slow with quite long wait times to get loaner car processed. Took about 30 minutes in total. The loaner car was absolutely filthy inside.....really filthy. Hair, dirt and dust.

m3 first service waited too long to get into a rental car, had to be taken to enterprise, took over 90 min to get on the road again.

Service was great, until trying to pick up the car Brought the car in for emissions-related issues, which were completed. Everything was fine (though one does typically pay a big premium for taking a vehicle to the dealer for service), until I went to pick up the car.
