Horrible Service If I could have given them 0 stars, I would. Horrible service. After one day of keeping the car, and charging me over $1200, the car still have problems. Poor costumer service. Would never go back to this dealership, if I could.
Annual maintenance check Never had such a poor service at a BMW dealership to have my car serviced. Maybe it's their renovations or something. When I made the appointment online i noted that I wanted something repaired on my car. When I arrived I was told they specific regular checks and etc as well I saw on the form of my note of additional repair. Review to BMW of Mountain View Two parts of review. 1. Before sales. I give them 4 stars. Sales person was nice. Finance agent was good. 2. After sales. Right upon picking up my new car, I spotted some visible marks on rear bumper. I quickly brought that up to attention before I left parking lot. BMW Service - Don't go here No loaner car provided. The service adviser recommends tire change only the front 2 and refuses to rotate tires as BMWs apparently has equal wieght distribution. Not correct as then the front 2 tires alone cannot wear out at 24K miles
I hate BMW of Mountain View I will never buy a BMW again, I detest this dealership. Back to Mercs for me.
Service Feedback When I went to pick up the car, they couldn't find my car for one hour, as a result missed my 4 year old pick up time from pre-school. When they finally found the car, it was extremely dusty.
Schedule maintenance. Car went in for a schedule maintenance, all good. Except car wash service as very BAD.. My car came out wet, look closely.... not event washed, just rinsed with water and return to customer. Don't promise if you can't full fill.
