New 540i after long wait to receive I had just changed out vehicles in April and wanted the new 540i but unfortunately the current stock of 2020's was pretty much sold out so I needed to order the 2021. Coupled with the pandemic and the shutdown of the manufacturing site in Germany I only received the car this last Sunday! Mt. View BMW was very helpful thorough the entire process.

Great service! Wayne Chan is a great service advisor!! I dropped off my car for service for the next day, but was surprised they finished it that day! The service was so thorough that they found a nail in a tire. I didn?t even mention I had to refill the tire a few times prior. The car was washed with special water so there were no water spots, too?

Service Repairs at BMW MTV Andy helped me with my service repairs, he was awesome! Super helpful and friendly. He followed up with me the whole time while my car was being serviced. He made sure my vehical was taken care of! I had a great experience at BMW mountain view. When I go for future repairs i will definenlty be sure to request him for my service adviser he was so detailed. And that's the type of service I like.
