Wayne Chan - Good servie at BMW of Mountain View Everything went smoothly, including finding out a worn CV joint that needs replacement. Wayne Chan took care of everything. I only had to answer a call to authorize the replacement. Wayne also prearranged a loaner car for me, a new X5 model. I quite liked it. May get one someday.

Kathy - mountain view She is new but good. Overall it was pleasure to do business with her. She came back from home when I changed my mind. She came to work when it was her off as I had to get car deal that day itself.
