Excellent Went in for a recall. Everything went smooth. Dropped my car in the early morning. Came and picked it up before closing time with no problems.

BMW M3 Owner I bought my car in for service and to address some issues with my instrument cluster. My service advisor is Wayne Hong. He spend time with me to address my concerns and even had one of his lead mechanic meet with me. Wayne went out of his way to help and resolve my issues. This is the type of customer focused service that I don't see very often. I rate his service as EXCELLENT ! This is the way how customer service should be.
