Scheduled repair Excellent! The service representative was courteous and helpful. I had to endure 15 minutes wait in hot weather outside showroom to pick up my car. I was told by the cashier to wait there where my car would arrive. To make the wait comfortable, space should have been set up inside.

Their work is transparent and communicated very well with the customer. The turnaround has always been reasonable and I have always been notified once the job is complete.

bmw mt veiw, ca I went in for service.The check-in process is terrible. Service on The car was really good. They're doing a remodel and it's always chaotic. There are no signsYou don't know where to go. But the people were nice. I would go backBut I wish they would checking checking chequing process would speed up
