I just bought an Audi from James at this dealership about a month ago. I bought it online-- never saw the car in person. (I live 18 hours away). He did a great job of showing and explaining the features of the car to me; was very reasonable and timely in his responses as well. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

I spoke with, &/or visited, several different salesmen at BMW dealerships in NY, NJ and Connecticut and ended up having a variety of experiences, not all of them pleasant. I was most comfortable with Ridgefield BMW overall and James in particular. He was a great salesman, honest, patient and didn't pressure me to buy anything. I am new to BMW so he also helped me learn a lot in the process and now I'm a very happy BMW owner!
