While i was very happy with the salesperson (Kelly Grant), I am having a lot of problem with the used car that i bought from them. In less than a month, I have spend over $1300 on repairs and while i realize that they will sell you the car as is, I did not expect it to be this bad.I can give you more info if someone is looking to buy a used car from there.

amazing experience....recommend this BMW dealership very highly. Kelly Grant was fantastic..patient and very knowledgeable. The leasing department was extremely helpful and prices are competitive. Dealership is beautiful.

I am usually not fond of Car Sales people and initially did not look forward to having to deal with one. James changed all that. He was a pleasure to deal with, was able to answer any questions I had, never rushed or pressured me into anything, and just made me feel right at home. I had originally dealt with another Sales Person at another BMW dealership and had a terrible experience. I decided to give BMW of Rudgefield a try simply because I wanted a BMW. James went very far out of his way to provide excellent service. He is highly motivated to do his job well, but at the same time he is fair and honest. I went to many car dealerships, and he was the only person who felt like a paid personal advisor versus salesman. I will make my future BMW purchases with his help as well.

My first time at BMW of Ridgefield was not very pleasant and left me not wanting to come back. The second time there, I requested a new salesman and got James Skarzenski. James was amazing and went above and beyond his duties to make sure I got a BMW and was truly satisfied. I will now highly recommend BMW of Ridgefield and make sure everyone goes to James

I had heard that other BMW dealers were not customer friendly but that was not our experience at BMW of Ridgefield. David Quaglio was very helpful in explaining the features of the car we were looking at and in explaining the financial options. Overall it was a pleasant buying experience and i would recommend Dave and BMW of Ridgefield to anyone.

Bob was very friendly, courteous, knowledgable about the products, very easy to work with, really good follow up. He took time to explain things and how they work. I enjoyed my experience at Ridgefield BMW tremendously. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership as well as the courteous greeting and offering of beverages upon arrival. James Skarzenski was great to work with and provided a no pressure, pleasurable sales experience. I really appreciated the time he had taken to explain the vehicle and the on-going support for days after I took ownership of the car. I look forward to going back to Ridgefield BMW for my next vehicle purchase.
