This is our second experience purchasing both a new and used vehicle with Ridgefield BMW and Bob Mahoney. The dealership is fabulous (love the new building!) and everyone there was friendly and professional. Bob was great! He was responsive, informative, accomodating, and extremely helpful. He never tried to sell us more car than what we needed or wanted. Needless to say we had a great experience with both purchases and will return!
I orginially went in to get my car serviced until they gave me a 2012 5 series for a loaner. It was almost done from there. I inquired about purchasing a new 335 coupe and sat down with Jack. Instead of trying to push me into buying something right away, he informed me of the new body style for the 3 series. He showed me some pictures and told me to go home, research it and take my time. very nice person. he made me feel very comfortable throughout the sale process. as a young costomer there is always the sense of intimidation but I felt none working with Gabe. I will definitely do business with BMW of ridgefield in the future.
I recently leased a car through another BMW dealership in CT and BMW of Ridgefield made me realize why I should have went here the first time around. The sales personnel were very understanding and accommodating. I left very happy with the experience and with a beautiful car.
When you enter the showroom, you get immediate attention from very friendly and courteous reception. Throughout the process the sales person was responsive, very knowledgeable and flexible. This made the process easy and efficient.
David did a great job for us throughout the whole process. He explained all the features of the vehicle very well. We are very happy with our purchase of our 2009 328xi.
