If I could give 0 star to this service center i would. We gave our 2 month new car over 2 weeks ago to fix the broken window. It not only took them 2 and half weeks to get it fixed,they also managed to scratch our car twice(!!!).First of all, the day before we were supposed to get the car,they called us and let us know that when they were installing the window they scratched the door so now they have to paint it. If you're looking for the high quality BMW experience, stay far away from Perillo BMW. We've had multiple issues on several occasions with this dealership, starting with a simple service on a light that the dealership couldn't figure out to resolve. The biggest issue is with the customer service and the GM, Jay Diaz, who doesn't care about his customers. I worked with Sean at Perillo BMW briefly about a Land Rover/Range Rover Evoque. I made an appointment to see him and as I walked into the office, he was typing and upon being announced, he gestured with is index finger for me to wait.....so I waited, not long, but I did think the finger was rude. I had European delivery of a 2015 X1 earlier this year. When it arrived at Perillo from Europe and I took delivery, several items that belonged in the car were missing (cup holder, iPhone bracket). The car was not properly tested either - the BMW Assist has never worked. Repeated calls to BMW have not gotten the problem resolved. I drove over 6 hrs roundtrip and had a set appt. to check out a car and test drive it at noon., at 11am 2hrs into my drive I get a call saying the car is in the body shop so I can't drive it but I can still come look at it. I recently dropped my 2010 X5 off to have its 30,000 mile service. Since my service warranty had expired I was expecting a lot of work needing to be done. Alex took great care of me and when all was said and done I walked out of there with a minimal bill and a truck that was ready to go. At Perillo they hustle for you and make sure that you are kept up with any work that might need to be done ahead of time.

I have been surprised by the poor customer experience from this luxury brand dealer. The Customer Experience Manager is the only one who responded with any sense of sincerity and resolve to correct the issues. Unfortunately, she is the only one of 6 employees who exhibited this attitude.
After being quoted about a week for repair, I did not get it back for a month. My car had snow on it when it was returned. Repeated attempts at communication were unsatisfactory( I'll call you back in 5 minutes and no call back). Oil change took over a week to complete after not being remembered being requested. ("We can top it off" .Promisewd car at !pm, went in at 4 to retrieve and not ready Waited 15-20 minutes for my car to be brought down from the roof even though I called in prior to picking up.
