I had shopped around at other local dealers including Mercedes, Audi, and Lexus. The customer service and treatment I received at Don Jacobs was far better than any other store. I was amazed at how arrogant the other stores were. I don't typically respond to sites like this, but felt it necessary. For every 100 satisfied customers, there is always 1 that you can't make happy. And unfortunately, those are the ones that post on these sites, anonymously nonetheless. The entire service team at Don Jacobs is impeccable! Dan Trisko goes above and beyond. His care and attention is first class with a fine tuned knowledge of the BMW vehicle, the service center capabilities and the history, maintenance, warranties and general care and condition of my car. From my experience working with many different dealers in the several different cities where I have lived over the years, I have found that the folks at Don Jacobs are the best. I have worked with both the BMW dealership as well as the Honda dealership. Everyone that I have worked with is courteous, professional, and very customer service focused. I was in KY for a horse show, my tire gauge alerted me to an issue. I went to Don Jacobs' service department, without an appointment, they checked my car and found a shard of metal in one of the back tires. They didn't have a tire in their inventory so called other tire suppliers in Lexington to find a tire for me. They were unable to locate one. Worked with Dan Trisko in Service, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that my vehicle was serviced to my expectations. This service and professionalism was above what I had ever experienced with Don Jacobs and has made me a repeat customer!! I was without a loaner vehicle over the weekend due to the cost and availability of rental cars in our area in response to the World Equestrian games. Service Personnel are always welcoming. I rarely wait to be recognized. Getting a loaner is quick and easy. Email service reminders are a great convenience. Waiting areas, when I do have to wait, are comfortable with timely reading material and a television.

I own a VW and BMW and Dan Trisko has been my service advisor at Don Jacobs for over 10 years and experience shows. He's knowledgable, respectful, and honest. As long as Dan, Lance and Joe are running the BMW service department, I will service my cars at Don Jacobs!

Excellent service from all. Everyone, from the service advisors to the service manager went far above the normal "dealership treatment" to ensure my happiness and satisfaction. I would highly recommend this dealer to any and all customers looking for honest service.

Dan and Lance always make my visit to Don Jacobs an enjoyable one. Not only are they super friendly, they are very patient and good at explaining exactly what is going on with the car. It gives you a peace of mind when you feel comfortable with the individuals you work with at the dealership. It is important for them to gain that trust from the client. Dan and Lance both have gained my trust.
