I have owned four BMWs and by far this dealer ship was the best. The personal and professional care was exceptional. I would select Ferman BMW for future needs.
Traded in worn out faithful black BMW x3 and found beautiful new blue x1. We were treated fairly and got a reasonable deal. Purchase process was smooth.
Price is always an issue since I own an older model. I keep my car in excellent condition. Will probably have to start using private mechanics to maintain my car in the future. Not worth the cost to maintain a vehicle 11 years old at your parts and labor prices. I know I won't be purchasing another BMW because of this.
Daniel Macdonald was very good with us giving us time to make our decision and meeting all our requests about the car we were interested in, I wish I lived near this dealer because I would continue my relationship past buying the car with all service needed.
Professional and experienced service staff. I recommend this to any BMW owners. They know what they are doing and are not out to take advantage of you as a customer.
Great service very professional, the service manager has created a great auto service experience. The advantage of having a car service is great no worries about having to be drop off or pick up
They are always very pleasant and helpful. I never have a problem getting an appointment that works for me. I'm very picky about my special car and they treat my car as special. Location is only 3.7 miles from my home so why wouldn't I use them.

Cesar was extremely helpful with my repair appointment and kept me up to date on the status. My husband and I were very pleased with the service department and with the repair that was done.
