Darlene did a great job coordinating my loaner car for the service required on my mini and notified me when service was completed. She took the extra effort to re wash my car when she saw that the back had break dust streaking on it.

Pleasant no pressure Was able to testvdrive many cars. Very knowledgeable tech. Brian was very nice no pressure. Managed my expectations and worked to get a good deal.

My wife and I were on vacation in Florida and found this vehicle on the Internet. We took the time to check out the car and work with Scott Simpson who has been fantastic through the whole process of discussing, negotiating, purchasing, and shipping. I would recommend anyone to at least consider working with Ferman Auto and Scott during their next vehicle purchase.
Our salesman, Jack Dennis, actually made shopping for a car a pleasure. We needed a car for our daughter in college and Ferman had what we were looking for. From Jack, driving in the rain to show the car at the Tarpon location, to Bobby taking the time to explain each additional available warranty when the store was closing, Ferman is top notch! I have never had a bad experience at Ferman BMW. The staff is friendly, courteous, and wonderfully competent. Plus the waiting area is stocked with food and drinks, and is really comfortable. Because it is, I usually wait for my car to be serviced. :)
The reception technical advisor was informative and provided progress during the visit. The vehicle was ready before promised. The waiting area and snacks were more than welcoming.

My first visit to your dealership was last Jan because out of 3 other dealerships yours was the only one that could help me in short notice n it was your service that brought me back this time . No difference this time , Jamie Byrd rolled out the red carpet treatment informed me of a recall & he was willing to do at that visit so I didn’t have to make an appointment to return to deal with it . 2 thumbs up for the service n a great adviser thanks Monty
