AlexWolf was excellent. He searched thoroughly and found the car I wanted. Answered all questions.. kept me comfortable n a difficult situation. I could not have had abetter salesperson. This time I came to this bmw company and all the service is very good. The sales staff is very good. Our family is very happy to buy this car that we like. The speed of booking is very good.
There aren't a lot of MINI dealers so this is the only one I have experience with. So because of that, I rate them the highest of all dealers I have rated because they are the closest to my house. But if not for their satisfying efforts, I would probably have another brand automobile.

I recently purchased a Certified BMW from Ferman and had to take it on a relatively long trip. The mileage I put on made my warranty non valid by 1000 miles when I began to experience a few issues with the car. Cesar Tereso assisted me with the issues, spoke with his supervisor, and made certain that all the issues were resolved and that I left very satisfied.
