Excellent service - arrived just prior to 10 am appointment and was promptly attended to. Normal oil change service- completed as promised. Nice car wash included.

Dealing with Kenny Russel had to be the best car buying experience ever. Very personable, friendly and mostly just an honest guy. From start to finish dealing with Kenny was a blast, any and every question I had during the process he explained to me in great detail while not leaving one stone unturned. Nick did an excellent job coordinating the replacement of my front disc brakes, pads, rotors and sensors as well as arranging for a loaner car while the work was being done. . Very happy with the result.

I took my X5 in for a sticky iDrive control knob and driver door badge with excellent drop off assistance and perfect results at pickup. Matching loaner was perfectly comfortable for me and easy to get setup and drop off.

Due to time constraints I was able to handle most all of the sales transaction via e-mail and text, which was wonderful. Jack was our salesperson - he was wonderful - no pressure whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Ferman.
