Charles Drivas, was very pleasant and informative. I needed two new rear tires which were worn. They had cords showing on the tire. It was also close to my scheduled maintenance which was preformed at the same appointment.

I’ve been using this service department for 7 years now and it’s been always very good experience. Professional, quick and courteous service. But it is the quality of German engineering that keeps me disappointed at times. Too many repairs for a brand new car with low mileage. I take good care of it, keep it maintained on time, but it the car gives me problems now with the engine. It shouldn’t happen to a BMW with 65k miles with one owner.

I needed to find a specific Mini for my wile. I contacted Ferman online and Jack to over. He had the car and held it on the last day of the month until I drove 160 miles to Ferman. We worked through the details and Jack got the car ready for me to return to Sanibel and give my wife her 75th birthday gift.

Douglas was extremely courteous, from my first interaction with him, and throughout the duration of my service. He kept me informed about the status of my vehicle, the associated costs, and answered all of my questions. Douglas was also quick in returning calls, and made my overall experience very pleasant. Additionally, the loaner vehicle provided was very spacious and met my needs during the service of my vehicle.

Good service but expensive. Convertible top has been fixed. They called to recommend top exchange and provided guidance to buy a new one, which was the less expensive item. Labor is about 4 times more expensive than part.
