I picked up my new 228i conv. yesterday. Amanda was very efficient in getting me sqared away; even cleaned my old license plate. I meet with Kenny, the genius, who should be called the Guru. He was just terrific with explanations, installing shortcuts and patience. Being technologically disadvantaged, I took notes throughout & Kenny had the patience to wait. I called him when I arrived home & he helped me with my garage and gate opener. Both Kenny and Amanda have terrific personalities.

My experience with Steve Venden was top notch. He helped me build a perfect M4 that is unique and classy. Steve also explained a lot of the features of the vehicle to me making it easy to understand and relate to my personal driving habits. The day after I purchased the vehicle I spent some time with the BMW Genius, Kenny Russell, who is very personable and is well versed in the world of BMWs. Words can't describe how great my experience was when shopping for a car at Ferman BMW. I bought a white 2016 228i w/ M sports package and love it!!! This was my first time buying and getting a BMW. Marcos Villas (client advisor) and Kenny Russell (BMW Genius) were amazing!! Marcos was really great to work with and had great knowledge on the cars. I just wan to thank Marcos and Ferman BMW for everything they did in trying to find my car. They had my best interest right from the start. They were concerned about my needs and didn't have me settle just for another car. They made every effort to get the car I wanted given the rare options and color available in the market place. I recently purchased a 2016 750i and understanding all the technology on this car can be daunting but Kenny Russell, the "BMW Genius", was very adept at getting me up to speed before I drove off with my new car. This model had only been out for a couple of months and contained a lot of new technology but Kenny was impressively knowledgeable. He has made himself available for any follow up questions.
