Like most people I love cars but not the experience of dealer interactions. I just purchased a M235i and love the car. We purchased our new BMW X1 a few weeks ago and came in for an Encore visit with Kenny. He was very polite and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He also washed and waxed our vehicle. The customer service there is second to none.
I recently had an appointment with Ferman BMW to go over the technology in my 328i. I met with the BMW genius, Kenny Russell. He was extremely helpful - reviewing how to use the available electronic features in the car and answering all my questions. I learned about so many features that were extremely useful. Kenny also helped me set up some of my preferences and showed me how to do it myself. He also cleaned the car before I left.
I have purchased/leased two prior BMW's through this dealership. But my recent experience in buying my X3 was by far the best. My saleman's name is John Grima. My current 535i lease was getting ready to end in March 2016. I accompanied a good friend of mine who was looking at upgrading his vehicle and I admit I was curious myself about the differences in my Nissan compared to the similar BMW. The BMW Genius went over a few models with us and was able to answer every question we had about the different features, functions, and options. Need to buy a first car for my son. Had a terrific experience dealing with Gary Mack at Ferman BMW. Very accommodating and just an all round nice guy.
