Larry got me the deal that I approximately wanted for the car that was a perfect match to what I was looking for. I don't like giving out compliments, but he earned it. Larry made it painless and I was in and out of there with my car.

My first visit to Bloomfield for service and I was very impressed with the overall experience. First of all service customers are welcomed to the department by entering a private drive in entrance. Very smart and makes you feel special. I was welcomed by Chris Vender and my conclusion after he checked me in, was 'he is a real pro.' This dealership has serviced my car for over 10 years. The service and quality of work continues to be outstanding. I can't imagine any service rep being more technically sound and forthcoming than Bernard Brown. Further, Daisy and Marjana continue to make the administrative process painless and customer friendly. After over 3 days of trying and failing to reach a good deal for new a BMW 3-series locally, I decided to send unsolicited emails with the same offer I presented to my local dealerships.
