The worst BMW dealership in NJ. Service team is now predominantly staffed with people that have limited technical skills and poor customer service skills. The focus is on making money on each customer. Service advisors that actually knew what they were doing left. I will not go back there again.

Our service department truly cares about getting our customers back into their BMW as smoothly as possible. We did recently go through some staffing changes to improve our customer service and customer satisfaction.
Took my X5 in here in October to have a faulty console that needed to be replaced. Jin told me the problem was identified and that the part was on order. Fast forward three months later to find out the part was never ordered, but was told by Tom Cueman that he will get it in. My 528i was tow there for auto body repair due to accident. Its been there for 2 weeks now. I was told my car will be ready middle of last week. Today I called and I was told they are still waiting for the part to come in. I never receive any phone call for update about my car. I have to call few times in order to get information about my car. The receptionist told me I can call the sub-auto body myself to find out more about the car. CONCLUSION: - Don’t repair here - 30 days for a bumper replace/repair, still not complete, added scratch on my bumper - Falsely told my repair was complete and to pick up my car 3 times - Added damage to my rear bumper (which has since been compensated) - NOT a BMW Certified Collision Repair center I took my car with the repair unfinished and added damage after I was told it was ready for the 3rd time after the car was with BMW of Bloomfield for 30 days. I wanted to test drive a car. The girl at desk was looking for someone to help me. everyone around said they were busy. some of them were busy smoking. a never got a price or test drive. There was a man name Gorden with customers who said he would help me when he was finished. everyone else ignored me. I had to walk through smokers to get back in my car. I made an appointment to see a specific used car. My name was plastered on video monitors for appointment. This is the dumbest idea car dealerships have had yet. The last thing I want is for my name to be anywhere without my permission. Even with the appointment, I had to wait for quite awhile and then they didn't have the car pulled out. I never thought anyone would ever even read this, let alone address it. The GM responded and did what he said he would do. I am amazed. I was looking to buy a 2008 bmw 535xi CPO by searching online extensively. I found BMW of Bloomfield has one that seems good deal to me, so I send in request for more information and asked for a quote for my trade in. The sales representative responded my email shortly, but quoted a surprisingly low number for my trade compared to quotes from other dealers.
