"Service was ok. See below." Service was fine. Terrible mix-up in picking up my car. Took over one hour for service to find it. Not a great experience. Has been better in the past.
"Maintenance Service" Routine Maintenance Rear Camera Check Wheel/Tire Alignment Dropped the car off on Thursday evening, received a call on Friday evening (5:30 pm) that my car wasn’t looked at, but would be ready by Monday. Was told that I need to schedule a loaner before making a service appointment, so a loaner would be ready. Ironically, I went an entire weekend without transportation. "Threw Them A Curveball on the way for Routine...." On my way for a simple service, My first time I might add, and I get a FLAT ! Run flat tires perfumed as there meant to as I continued on to Bloomfield . As I waited to get signed in ,I told attendant of new problem and he notified service ,,etc. They kept me informed as I waited and left knowing my car was in good hands.
"Need more parking space" The dealership itself looks outdated. It does not feel welcoming. Not Cozy or inviting at all Difficult to find parking. Not appealing to test drive a car.
"Staff is inviting and accommodating!" I bought an X6 from a third-party dealer who was not people centric and when I went to BMW Bloomfield they treated me like I bought the car there. So, I kept going there.
"They offered me a great deal $30 oil change amazing sale" When I first got the call from a BMW rep from Bloomfield dealership he stated that they are offering a $30 oil change which I truly was amazed by because usually these oil change are very expensive he also stated to me if this takes longer than 2 hours that I will have a loaner unfortunately when I got there that wasn't totally accurate I met up with a rap name David who was well-mannered and well-rounded and customer service he stated to me unfortunately we cannot g... read more
"dave is the man i only go to him " dave is the only competent employee there it took me calling 3 days in a row to not resolve my issue of finding out when my appointment was. kept being told I would be called back before end of day and all i heard was crickets. So i showed up on Saturday and Dave took care of me and got me my car back that day

"Could be better" I am usually very satisfied with the service I receive from this dealership. I was not very happy with my experience with my last two visits. On my most recent visit. I was told my tire would be delivered and installed by the end of the day. Or at latest early next morning. My car was not ready until late afternoon the next day when I needed my car for work. Also I asked to have my oil fluid topped off. And the fluid was not topped off.
