"Purchase went well, the follow up or lack of one with the..." Purchase went well, the follow up or lack of one with the manager because of a problem is not worth rating. I am still waiting to get ANY response back much less a solution to the issue.
"New tires" I came in for 4 new tires for 2012 BMW X3. Very difficult to find the right tires. The dealer had them. It took a few hours but I got all 4 new tires mounted & balanced while waited. Service rep was very good. I was able to get a rebate & slight discount so that was good too because the tires are very expensive. No complains except that only a certain size tire fits my X3 & the supply is extremely limited. I check several sources but not available or out of stock. "Last Min/Urgent Tire repair" I recently purchased a certified pre-owned BMW sedan. I park the car 5 days a week with a valet. However, when I went to pick up the car one evening after work, I found that the valet rammed the tire into a cement barrier and the tire got a hole in it. Unfortunately, when I picked up the car it was 8.30 PM. I had to drive 6 hours the next day. "Service " I would only recommend this service center because of Ahron I asked when I called to deal with Ahron I got David, David is no where close to Ahron he was not helpful at all and tried to get me for service I did not need. I do not recommend you going to see him.
"Service " Friendly atmosphere. Very professional. Clean sitting area. Sales staff doesn’t seem like they’re interested in having conversation with people (myself) that are looking at the vehicles. This happened before so it seems like an ongoing practice.
"Oil change etc" Came in for oil change and take a look at leak in trunk area and damage to glove compartment. I had an appointment. It was a little weird they didn't have me in their appointment book when I arrived but they quickly out me in their system. I waited at the location and the oil change and other items took a reasonable amount of time
"Staff couldn’t find my car." The staff gave me the wrong, and it took them a while to find my car, that was very disappointing. However, everything was great very attentive representatives.
"recall services" excellent treatment. On time. Called back when services were done. I was picked up by a LIFT from train station when I could not get there on my own.
