"Salesman, mark was professional and knowledgeable " Mark was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Excellent. Tens across the board. Mark was personal as well. "First visit/service after purchase " Went above and beyond to fix my 2015 X3 which was purchased last year. Had a leak and a few minor fixes along with basic maintenance. They found my sunroof leaking and replaced the entire assembly.
"Service appointment " Offered me loaner because my service was longer than i thought. Excellent people and great service. I will definitely buy another bwm from this dealership
"Another great interaction with David" Every time I go I have great experiences with David. Couldn’t ask for a better interaction with a service advisor. Trustworthy and takes pride in his work. Not always easy to find that combination in the NYC area.
"BMW of Bloomfield Experience" While BMW of Bloomfield would not have been on my "visit" list, since they're not local to where I live - but they had a vehicle I was interested in, at what I thought was a good price, which they'd just dropped the prior day. Dealer response to my initial online inquiries was prompt and courteous. I scheduled a visit and upon arriving, I didn't find the vehicle on the lot. "Handled all of the needs of my car" Just needed basic service... wait time to talk to a service consultant was a bit long but once my car was in - work was done in a reasonable amount of time.
"Great service department!!" Really great service department. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy, as well as the check in process. Ahron was a pleasure to deal with, answered any questions or concerns I had. Was there for routine maintenance, but it was handled even quicker than I expected.
"No surprises and a totally professional environment" Ahron Silvestri was my service rep and he's a pro. Got me the appt I needed and made sure I was well cared for.
