"Good experience " First time servicing my bmw at Bloomfield easy simple easy in and out, had no problem leaving while my vehicle was serviced thanks to them texting me once everything was done. Beats going to a regular mechanic for service
"Excellent Service" My service advisor Gina T went above and beyond to provide excellent service and several options to pursue to make sure I was aware of different scenarios and provide solutions. I'm very happy with the level of service I receive at BMW of Bloomfield and will continue to use it as my primary service center for the lifetime of my vehicle.
" staff was not warm and friendly like previously" service advisor was not too friendly Treated me without a handshake and a smile I asked to have my tires rotated and said this would cost $80.00 I said it was too expensive I would have expected him to offer me a special discount but didn't
"Resolved all issues with the car quickly " Will Hamilton and Victor R. resolved the mechanical issues with the brand new BMW 340 and replaced the car. Disappointed with quality of BMW to have mechanical issues with the new car. But the dealer supported and provided me with a loaner till the car was replaced. Will was helpful throughout the process including billing issues with BMW Financial Services.
"Good service " Went here for a recall for my bmw e90 the service advisor Corey was very kind and answered all my questions. Very clean dealer and everyone is polite and courteous.

"AMAZINGGGGGGG" Came here 3 years ago for my first BMW and it was a great experience. "Awesome " Corey is by far the best service advisor I’ve dealt with. He has helped me understand the service needed for my car and accommodated me on everything I’ve asked for. I drive 40 mins and have countless service dealers around me but won’t stop no where else’s !
"Car was brought back to life!!" My car had four recalls and they fixed them all and it had a direct effect on the performance of my vehicle. They put me back on the road. Excellent job!!
