Where do I even start? I have been going BMW of Bridgeport for the past seven or so, and The entire staff is simply awesome. Jason made purchasing a new car worthwhile and perfect! Jason was very courteous, knowledgeable and very patient. I never felt pressured, and everyone was working to accommodate me and worked their best to make it a great experience. I purchased my other vehicles from another BMW dealership in CT. I was coming to the end of my lease and trying to get into a 2013 model and my old dealership was stern on the "negative equity" speech. Wow! What a phenomenal experience we had purchasing my X3 at Bridgeport BMW. And Mike Liberatore, in particular, made our experience so pleasurable. Mike was always authentically personable (no phony "sales personality" here!), efficient and conscientious. We saw a used BMW 2010 535i black to black car on the internet. My wife then surfed the dealership internet and found that Mr. Kressu has a high ranking in terms of sales service. So she called Mr. Kressu and found the car was still available. This is my second time buying a car from BMW of Bpt. But it's many years. I was pleased with professionalism of Lisa. She had been recommended by a friend.
