The BMW Service Department is amazing. I love the fact that you can drive right into the service department and I am usually greeted by Walter right away. I really know nothing about the mechanics of my car and I totally trust Walter with any type of recommendations he makes. I always seem to have some type of “emergency” and he always fits me into his busy schedule to fix my crisis. I had my 2003 X5 serviced at Bridgeport BMW and dealt with Walter Modeen. He explained what needed to be and how long I should expect to be with out a car, and provided a loaner car. It was a great experience and I will be having my X5 serviced at BMW Bridgeport from now on.

After what was now my second experience in the BMW Service department [both with Walter], I am confident in saying that my experience[s] have been nothing but impressive. Having dealt with many other service departments of multiple different car manufacturers in the past, I have learned to notice convenience and customer appreciation, which everyone I've dealt with at BMW of Bridgeport exudes. I would highly recommend their Service Department for any BMW issues that may come up over the life of the vehicle.
I have had nothing but a positive experience with the dealership, sales and service advisors. Jodee Seiders in sales and Tona Zarrelli in service are "go-to" people with excellent customer relation skills. I will definitely return to the dealership.
Walter was the first person I meet when I got in the building. I told him i was there helping my 70 year old aunt to find a used 325xi. He told me that he was one of the service people and would get a sales person for me. While we waited for a sale person Mr.Modeen answered all the questions that we had. He made me and my aunt feel very comfortable being there was extremely helpful making are visit very pleasant.
BMW coined the phrase, “The Ultimate Driving Machine” and for good reason too, however, BMW of Bridgeport has further enhanced the overall driving experience by beginning the process with ultimate customer satisfaction in mind. Walter has demonstrated in several occasions to be very customer focused. His attitude is always friendly and courteous. He is very knowledgeable in his space. He always provides detailed information that makes the customer feel comfortable with the work being performed. He is very accommodating, professional and has an outstanding personality. The type of person that makes you feel confident that the vehicle is getting the best service and build the type of trust to enable you to return to this dealership.
I was pleasantly surprised to find Tona Zarrelli, my service advisor from Lexus at Bridgeport of BMW. She had always taken such good care of me in the past--she is thorough, friendly, efficient and professional and the only thing that has changed is the car! Moses (also formerly of Lexus) gave me a lift to my office and brought me back to pick up my car. They made it easy to accomplish my service on a hectic work day!
