The overall experience at BMW of Bridgeport is always a pleasant one as I am learning. Thanks to Walter Modeen in the service department, he has picked up where Jodie Seiders left off, and has kept the customer satisfaction first and foremost. He consistently goes above and beyond to meet my service needs. If necessary, I'm always offered a loner car and he always keeps me informed throughout the service process. He is extremely knowledgeable and I value his input along with his recommendations on improvements to my vehicle.
A lot of car dealers in my experience can be very good at what they do...but they do not think about the Customer beyond the immediate need. Walter Modeen, and BMW of Bridgeport, really understood what was going on with me and my car, and went the extra mile. Walter goes above and beyond to accomodate my service needs, making the process as easy and convenient as possible. He is flexible and personable, and keeps in constant communication with updates when my car is in for service. He has worked around my schedule in the past, so I will continue to call him for all my BMW service needs. The overall experience at BMW of Bridgeport is always a pleasant one.
Tona responds quickly and positively to all service inquiries and requests. Tona always schedules appointments as quickly as possible, always details exactly what is to be done and the cost associated with those services or repairs and immediately notifies me when something unexpected comes up once her team is under the hood. Tona always makes me feel welcome so that it feels as if I am not going to a "car repair shop" but to a friend's house to get my BMW worked on. Tona has my well deserved trust as far as my BMW goes.
Each time I have brought my 2008 335xi coupe in for service, I have been treated as if I was the most important person in the dealership. This applies to warranty work and other work that I paid for.
