I was very impressed with the friendliness of the salesperson, Kurt and his manager. They were low key but did follow up as promised, he foudn me the exact color and interior that I wanted within days. I was happy with my lease decision and Kurt spent time with me to show me how to use all of the new technology. It was very helpful for that first drive home. I would highly recommend Kurt and BMW of Bridgeport!

Tona is knowledgeable, helpful and the works gets done when and how she promises. She take initiative to be sure our cars are safe and running properly. We have two BMWs and she has handled the service on both. She keeps us coming back and would buy again at Bridgeport because of her.

I am so very pleased since I began bringing my car to Bridgeport BMW. I live in North Haven and purchased my car at the North Haven dealership with no satisfaction there at all. Bridgeport is around 30 miles from my home where North Haven is only 2 miles from my home. I would drive 100 miles to get the kind of service Bridgeport BMW offers me. Although I did not purchase my 2006 330i from BMW of Bridgeport, I can certainly vouch for their customer service department which has been great! Granted, one might not like to take thier car to the shop every few months to start out with, but in my case, I commute 130 miles per day. One year, six months and 60,000 miles later, I haven't really needed much more than an oil change, wipers, tires and an air filter. Gentlemen: I've been in sales/marketing for years and am qualified to say that being "customer orientated" is easy when you have a sale pending ... however, consider just how difficult it would be to go the extra mile for a customer when your job is to handle customer complaints 24/7. I have been going to BMW of Bridgeport for service for almost two years, and I have to say that it has been my best experience with a BMW dealership in Connecticut. I live in the greater Hartford area, and I drive past TWO BMW dealerships to bring my car for service at BMW of Bridgeport. The level of customer service is second to none. I went into BMW of Bridgeport last August to look for a used BMW that would be a great value. It's true; BMW is the "ultimate driving machine" and having had one for several years (a 525) I always wanted to get back into one. After my divorce, I felt it was more prudent to find a practical car and purchased a used Subaru wagon. Me - at heart a RED BMW Coupe was driving a navy blue wagon. I love my BMW and Jodee made the whole BMW experience awesome! This is my first BMW and I am in love with it. I refer all my friends that are interested in buying a BMW to her. She is very smart and goes above and beyond for her customers. She is very knowledgeable about BMW's all of my questions were answered and anytime I have a problem she is available. The BMW service department is awesome too.

Purchasing my 2006 X5 last year was not only my first BMW but was the most convenient and comfortable process that i've ever had in purchasing a car during my 40 years of driving. I also can't say enough good things about Bridgeport's service department. I had my X5 serviced at another dealership that was closer to my home, but ended up taking it back to Bridgeport and my X5 runs beautifully. I recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family.
