Car wash should be done after each service especially if the car stayed at the body shop for almost a day.
Only problem was letting me know that car was ready. Found out when I asked for it after 2 hours and was told the called my name. Believe that but no way to hear that through a wall. Texting that key and paperwork are ready at the reception desk?
I used to have an awesome experience with this dealership and felt like they’re eye very honest. My last visit left me feeling very suspicious. They called my the day before my service appointment where I needed one specified service and tried to buy my car out..I denied this but at my appointment they were trying to tell me I needed $4500 worth of tune up services on 5 year old vehicle with relatively low mileage…i feel like this was a tactic to get me to sell my car and I’ll be seeking a second opinion
We were sent a letter in the mail for a BMW Lease Opportunity. This opportunity was to return the car early without making remaining payments on the lease. We contacted BMW of Bridgeport, accepted the deal, and scheduled the first available appointment. There was one remaining lease payment and we anticipated getting this money, for returning the car early. "My hood wouldn't open the guy who answers the phone for..." My hood wouldn't open the guy who answers the phone for the service dept tells me it will costs roughly $179 for the release cable. When my truck was checked it ended up coming out to $1200. I told them I didn't want it done. After I refused all the services they still left my hood locked after they opened it. Then I asked if my extended warranty will cover it I was told to call and find out!
"My concierge service is always excellent and it was this..." My concierge service is always excellent and it was this time as well. The service on the car is excellent. But the dealership is not Covid safe in my opinion. To many people not wearing masks, when the sign clearly indicates they should. It is in an urban area so I feel extra caution is warranted in regards to Covid.

I thought showing up for my 7:30 apt would get me on the shuttle sooner but I guess not. Also, If I’m going to pay $100 for an oil change, I would expect my car to be way cleaner than they gave it back to me. I might as well go to a Firestone or Monroe to pay less for an oil change.
