Cain BMW was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I am a fairly well informed out of town buyer looking for a quick, trouble free, no hassle deal on a 5 series BMW. Was looking for low mile used, however I saw a Cain ad on AutoTrader that had some aggressive prices on new vehicles so I called and spoke to John. John Rommell was excellent to work with. He was responsive, prompt, professional and courteous. My purchase came together quickly and he worked with me every step of the way to make it happen on my timetable. John was very professional from my first contact by phone. I bought a car over the phone, sight unseen, 300+ miles away, and would do it again in a heartbeat from this dealership thanks to John. He represented the car honestly and was happy to provide whatever information I asked for. He addressed my concerns and even reimbursed me for minor repairs weeks after I took the car home. Erik showed great customer service and the whole process was very painless . He worked hard to get me close to the price I wanted. I was there with my wife and two young kids and the staff there was very accommodating to my family. I love my purchase and felt I good leaving the dealership not feeling like I got suckered.
