John Romell was wonderful to work with. Genuinely friendly and very knowledgeable, extremely patient. Very helpful after the sale - made sure I knew all features.

Cain BMW was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I am a fairly well informed out of town buyer looking for a quick, trouble free, no hassle deal on a 5 series BMW. Very professional and very easy car buying experience. We came from another dealership after a not so pleasant experience and John and the Cain staff made it so easy. They were honest and straight forward. This was easily the best car buying experience I have had.

John Rommell was excellent to work with. He was responsive, prompt, professional and courteous. My purchase came together quickly and he worked with me every step of the way to make it happen on my timetable. He also minimized my wait at the dealership when I arrived to pick up my car, which I really appreciated since it was a 3 hour drive one way. This is my second purchase from Cain. John was very professional from my first contact by phone. I bought a car over the phone, sight unseen, 300+ miles away, and would do it again in a heartbeat from this dealership thanks to John. He represented the car honestly and was happy to provide whatever information I asked for. He addressed my concerns and even reimbursed me for minor repairs weeks after I took the car home. Erik showed great customer service and the whole process was very painless . He worked hard to get me close to the price I wanted. I was there with my wife and two young kids and the staff there was very accommodating to my family. I love my purchase and felt I good leaving the dealership not feeling like I got suckered.
