"New Car Purchase" I have purchased Cars from Cain since 1989, This latest purchase was for a special order of a BMW 430i coupe, The entire process was great from start to finish. They timed the purchase to come in prior to my lease being done within a few weeks, so it worked out perfect. As in my past purchase experiences, the entire sales staff was great to work with. "Fabulous Purchase Experience" John and team couldn't have made buying experience any better or easier. My wife and I drove in from out of town. John had the car we were looking to purchase cleaned and ready for inspection upon our arrival. The purchase process was very efficient which was great considering it was late in the evening, and we had a 3 hour drive home. We originally went to Cain BMW it was due to service on an exhisting vehicle. While there we decided to just look around. We ended up working with Jessica to purchase a vehicle. Our experience was so great we ended up returning a few months later to trade in and purchase another vehicle working with Jessica.

The experience I had with Cain was great. Purchasing my car from out of state couldn’t have been any easier. John and other staff were very responsive to all of my phone calls and emails, and they helped me coordinate my trip to Canton. When I flew into the Canton airport, John was there on time to pick me up and was very flexible when my travel was unfortunately delayed a few hours. Everything thereafter went smoothly, and John even called the next day to make sure I made it back home safely after my 7 hour drive.

We had a great experience with Cain and Jessica. It started with straight forward pricing. We decided to take the BMW experience a step further and signed up for the perfornce center delivery. Cain set thing up, and agreed to take us to CAK the day we needed to go to Spartanburg. Of course we had bad weather in OH, and our flight was cancelled. Jessica was able to get us to CLE, and we made it out safely and had a great experience. Cain and the team there were great to deal with.

This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from Cain BMW, Jessica was great to work with. It is very good to have a sales person be kind and knowledgeable but she was much more than that. She was able to answer every question I had, some being fairly technical. She spent as much time as I needed never once pushing or guiding me in a certain direction. She understood I would come to my own conclusion on what worked best for me personally and only offered her opinion when I asked what she really thought.
