I was in having some work done on my current car and was looking around the showroom at the newer cars. Bryan introduced himself and was extremely polite and helpful from the start. He was able to answer all of my questions about the car and never tried to push me into buying it like a lot of other salesmen will try to do. Some of the terms he used were a little advanced, but he was able to explain the benefits and features in terms someone who isn't so advanced with cars can understand.
Bought two cars from Tony in one week and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgable and honest. Will positively do business again when we trade in our vehicles. I felt the price was very fair.
I had gone to a number of dealerships in search of a truck. None of them compared to the friendliness, honesty, and fairness I received from Gengras, specifically Dani. I never felt like he was "playing games" like so many of the other salesmen I had dealt with at other dealers. He was straight forward when we negotiated the price, which was very fair. My truck has been great, just like the service I got from Dani.
Great service, both during the sales process as the after sales service. Customer is treated with respect and as a customer. For me it was a great experience and I recommend anyone in the neighbourhood of Springfield to buy their car at BMW of West Springfield!
Bmw Of West Springfield is great place! I bought 2008 BMW 335i Coupe a pre-owned certified vehicle from them over a month ago,and been very satisfied with it. Some great people are working there like,Dani Sayegh hes been helpful from first minute and the end of the deal,worked out a great price for me on a car i wanted,and gave me good price for my trade in.Also service is awesome!Had a snow tire change over very quick and inexpensive. Went in and worked with Bryan he was passionate and knowledgeable about the cars and seemed to take genuine interest in what I wanted. Would definitely go back and buy another vehicle from him.
The sales experience was great and Jason was very helpful. We had an issue afterward with a minor issue that needed to be resolved. They fixed the issue and everything has been great since. We had a routine service appointment recently. We were in and out within 15 minutes of the quoted time. Much better than my old friends at New Country.
