I was met by the salesperson Tony Quinterio in BMW of West Springfield, Ma. Tony was couteous and helpful in assisting me. This was my first visit to a BMW dealer and Tony, who is extremely knowledgeable, explained every thing I might want to know about a BMW and more. When I explained that I was not buying immediately he continued to assist me until I had no further questions, even though there were other customers needing his assistance. I would recommend BMW of West Springfield to everyone.

I have worked with Gualter on several deals and he has helped others in my office. I purchased an x5 from him and two of my partner have done 5 series with him also. He helped me locate a gl550 got my wife at another dealership. He is the man you want to talk to over there.
First time buying a car from BMW of west springfield. I had pleasant experience with the sales personell and I'm happy with my car. I'm also pleased with customer service and overall experience.
Honest, fair, really knows product line, I' buy there again! Tony was great! Their used cars were perfect, we had been shopping for weeks at other dealers and tested a lot of junk. Their cars are truely certified. They made the sale to us on just that. Truely no pressure to buy at all, between our sales cunsultant and quality we purchased there.
I have owned BMW's since the 1970's This last purchase is my sixth one, i do not always buy Bmw's because the last BMW dealership, i dealt with, was terrible, that dealership is no longer in business. So far i enjoyed my BMW buying experience, and we love our new X3.
Dani and I came to an agreement over the phone. We came up the same day and finalized the deal. The car had a slight scratch on it and when Dani could do no more, he got his GM involved and had the scratch touched up to our satisfaction. The other salesman were very friendly to us and made us feel welcome. We got a great deal and a great car and would recommend WS BMW and Dani to anyone else.
