"BMW M3 is pouring out oil from an oil pan leak and was..." BMW M3 is pouring out oil from an oil pan leak and was told I would have to wait 3 days for an appointment. The advisors and technicians are knowledgeable but the appointment scheduling is horrendous. Exactly why I don’t buy my cars from here and at this point I’ll drive the extra time down to another BMW dealership to get the appointment I need when an emergency arises.

"The whole thing which should be a very easy process just..." The whole thing which should be a very easy process just turned into a giant pain in the xxx that required to much time, returned the vehicle and undid the deal! I should have known from the level of care when we picked up the car the detail job was bad. The windshield wasn't even clean.
"Sloppy service work and poor customer service." Brought my M4 in for 10,000 mile service and check engine light came on within 80 miles. Emailed them and Erica said someone would contact me. Must have lost my number/email. Found loose engine components /engine trim cover askew upon opening hood. I am taking to another dealership to have checked out. "Stay away from this dealership " Recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this Dealership. As an out of state buyer, they were helpful in setting up a deal. On the day of purchase they were quick to try and get the car sold. When the car was delivered, it was delivered without a key or an owner's manual. Also, it was found to have major cosmetic defects along the side rocker panels (multiple scratches that span the length of the panel), where were not appreciated on the day of sale. "This dealer are criminals" I bought a bmw 335xi from this dealer with 42k miles. Once they got my payment I literally left my review with them the following day as my car already had adaptive headlight errors, low tire errors, misfire in cylinder 5, car shuttering and stalling, ticking from the engine, interior seatbelt restraint broken, cigarette lighters not working and windows stop working periodically along with reverse tilt mirrors and then the saleswoman had the nerve to tell me how dare I leave a bad review as it mak... read more
"Buyers be aware....." BMW of West Springfield is arguably the worst dealership around when it comes to customer service. I not only bought my car couple of years ago, but brought one of my friends to buy a car from them too...only if I knew, what I know now i would have never done it... When it comes to asking a simple post sale document requested by state to register my car to see if they have paid taxes, I've been given a disastrous run around for last 7 days.
