"Great car buying experience!!" I visited BMW of Norwood yesterday, and had a fantastic car buying experience working with Josue. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and pleasant in making the entire process very smooth and fast. I was actually able to drive the car home on the same day of purchase, which I very much appreciated. Very well done!!

"Tire emergency while on vacation" Best in class service department. I busted a tire on a local highway after 4 PM on a weekday. The service department was able to get me towed in and hooked up with a nearby hotel with shuttle service. By 7 PM we were at the hotel ablre to relax. The car was ready for us at 9 AM the next day. Everyone we worked with in the service department were wonderful, and we were so thankful for their kindness and going beyond expectation to help us.

"13th annual checkup" Very pleased with the service department. They keep my ‘06 BMW 650i with 30K miles running in new condition. If it wasn’t maintained this way, it would’ve been traded-in years ago. My service advisor Teresa is very professional and knowledgeable. She understands my requests & knows the history of my service visits. Teresa keeps me informed of repair progress in a timely fashion.

"Great overall experience !" Great deal on the new car, great deal on the trade in, no back and forth haggling and when I went to pick up the car the technician spent over and hour with my wife and I explaining all of the technology etc in the car.
