"As always everything went smoothly " The experience was great as always. Staff specially Mr. Ali Kooros makes thing happen so smoothly that I do not feel I was actually spending time there. I feel confident that everything has been taken care of when I keave the dealership.

"Best Deal!" I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I worked with Ian, the sales manager in leasing my BMW. Ian gave me a great deal and it was an offer I could not refuse. It was the best offer than the other BMW dealerships were offering me. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy or lease their vehicle. They will work with you to get the monthly payments that you want. I am happy that I chose to come to BMW at Norwood and I will make sure my friends and family come to this dealership!

"Jason Nassif made the process so easy" Jason Nassif was our salesman and he was super brand knowledgeable. He made the process super smooth. He couldn’t have made the process easier. The business office Paula was wonderful and great with every part of that aspect. And the brand specialist Paul at the end to explain the X5 top to bottom was a nice touch. Prime does it right!!

"Great follow up" Ali always kept me up to date with the repairs and explained why things would take longer. Also the shuttle was great. I could make a cappuccino while waiting. Not bad!

"Excellent Customer Service" Although I wanted to buy a CPO car at Norwood BMW unfortunately the year and model I wanted was never available nor did they have a lease return coming in. Regardless I got to know Heather Dumas and she became a trusted source of information and a sounding board regarding information about the car I was looking for. Although I ended up purchasing a car at another dealership Regardless Heather has been available to answer warranty questions, etc. She is an asset to the dealership!.
"Repair with no appointment" Check engine light came on when I first started the car in the morning. I drove into the service shop first thing in the morning without an appointment and they took me in. The problem ended up being the typical NVLD problem, so the repair was simple, I was only there for about 3 hours. Waiting room is well appointed (coffee, drinks, bagels and muffins upstairs) with fast wifi so I could keep working remotely while I waited. All members of the staff were helpful and cheerful.

"Excellent Servuce" I needed a new car since I had a problem with my old car. Amazingly, the salesman Manny got me what I needed at a very good price and helped me unload my old BMW. Junior the finance guy just showed me options and did not push me. Great experience and so fast.
