"Great service all service people" All of people were great I well tell all people. That service tops was the the best I ever had Office workers also great. Will be back next oil change when it time
"Fast and friendly service" Every service visit is met with a prompt and friendly welcome. The staff is very accommodating and I’m always delighted with the rapid turn around. The amenities in the waiting area are terrific as well with usb/ power ports, Wi-Fi, and beverages/snacks to make the time easier and comfortable. Great experience.
"Good recall/repair experience " I was pleased with my experience at Peterson BMW. I had some additional work done while the recall was completed. Peterson did a great job of coordinating with my warranty company to get everything done. I also was given a nice loaner BMW making it very convenient. I was slightly sad when i picked up my BMW that it was not vacuumed or washed, but that is nothing compared to getting reliable service. I appreciate having a trustworthy dealership.

"Airbag recall" I went to the dealership because of the infamous takata airbag recall. Fortunately my airbag was not in the recall list. I only waited for my car about an hour and got a nice car wash out of it... the lounge was comfy and well stocked!
"Awesome service department " Professional service writer made the experience no less than awesome. Quickly repaired and had great communication skills. I’m looking forward to visiting Peterson Bmw again.
"Service with a Software download" A routine service turned into a service with a software download. The software had to do with the seat belts and was factory ordered. The good part is they did the service, washed the car, and the download was completed. The bad news is it took them all day to do it. They gave me a loaner vehicle, which was very good. From 9:30 AM to 9 AM the next day I would have thought they would spend another couple of minutes and vacuumed the floor mats, but overall they did a good job.
