She knows I’m busy and just shoots me straight always follows through with calls and appointments and makes sure she is checking to see if the items being worked on are covered under the warranty !! "Amazing experience" I took my 2015 BMW into the dealership to find out why it was hesitating upon acceleration. I dealt with Ryan and he was very professional and very eager to assist. He made my issue a priority and made sure I had a vehicle to use while they had mine. Upon completion of the work I went to pick up my vehicle. Ryan had made sure the vehicle was clean inside and out and again was very nice and pleasant. I would highly recommend Ryan and his great team for anything regarding BMW!
"Air Bag Recall" I scheduled an appointment to get my airbag recall fixed but also ended up purchasing All-Season tires as well. I moved to Idaho 5 months ago from California and felt I needed new tires that would wear well in the Idaho environment. My first time experience at Peterson BMW was Awesome! Rafeal & Tonya welcomed me and took care of me the whole time! They were nothing but Super Awesome!! I won't go anywhere else! Thank you both for making me feel like home!!

"Excellent Experience" My experience here was excellent. Tonya was so friendly, funny, answered all of my questions and was quick with her service. My loaner vehicle was clean and nice, and when I returned to pick up my vehicle, it was ready to go out front and clean inside and out!
