"Great service, nice helpful people." I always enjoy visiting Peterson BMW. They are very customer oriented and helpful. The only negative is that I have to drive from Ketchum which takes 3 hours, but that isn't exactly Peterson's fault 😊.

"prepurchase inspection" My experience was all done remotely. Ryan in the service department was always polite, professional, and prompt with callbacks, emails, and the dealerships text communication (very convenient). I do not know if I will have the opportunity to do business with Peterson BMW again, but if I do, I know I will be in good hands. Ryan is a great representation of BMW's excellence!
"Quick and Straight Forward" Took my BMW in for oil and diagnosis and they fixed everything quickly. They diagnosed my car rather fast and the fix was a breeze. Highly recommend!
"Excellent service." Ryan was very accommodating. We were on a road trip for several weeks and had a minor problem with our X3. BMW assist hooked us up with Ryan and he told us we could come in for immediate help with the problem when we arrived in Boise. I also told him that we were overdue for service and he said he would also take care of it. He completed everything within a few hours and also arranged a shuttle to and from our hotel. Could not be more satisfied with the service and outcome.

Tonya made my day even though it was a sloppy snowy day outside you still agreed to wash my car & sweep out the inside of it which it was in dire need of. "First impressions!!" As a recent transplant to Idaho this was my first visit upon arrival and I must say I was very impressed with the warm and personable service I received at Peterson BMW . Rafael, Tonya, and Kevin in the body shop, took great care in handling the issues that needed to be addressed with my car. In the land of Subaru- ville, I’m so happy to know that my car is in good hands at Peterson !!
