"I have had nothing but excellent experiences." I have been dealing with Peterson BMW for many years. The level of service is excellent. I also appreciate the friendliness of all the people who have taken care of my cars.
"Excellent Customer Service" Ryan is professional and manages several aspects of car service. I would imagine that working service for BMW is not an easy job, as BMW owners (especially) can be pretty particular. Every encounter I've had with Ryan and their service and parts department has been 'big-city-excellent,' even in a smaller area like Boise. Thank you Ryan for being a great asset to Peterson!
"Treated very well, BUT..." I was treated very well but, unfortunately, the repairs were unsuccessful and my car had to be returned for a 2nd effort to correct the problem.
"New tires for my X4" Ryan is very professional and helpful. He always returned my calls promptly. His tire quote has by far the lowest for my X4. It is a pleasure dealing with him.
"Seamless Transaction, Attention to Detail - Staub Spiegel" Staub Speigel and his team worked hard for our business and made us feel like our transaction mattered. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but Petersen treated us fairly and listened to our unique needs. Staub is knowledgeable and earnest about the product, without being persistent or aggressive. It was a pleasant experience overall and we would heartily recommend Petersen to family and friends.
" Awesome customer service by Curt Knipe and Selver" Good customer service means a lot to us. They were caring and professional and speedy in getting all of our paperwork done. Curt searched for a BMW for us for quite awhile.
"Great service experience " Brought my car in for recall work from nevada. The service department treated me great and provided a loaner car. Everything was completed as promised the same day. Much easier dealership to work with than the others I have been at.
"My BMW experience " I bought my vehicle at the end of August and within a week, the had major electrical and computer problems. It took over a month for it to be fixed, so I didn’t really have the car till October. I made two payments on a car I didn’t have, so BMW North America offered to reimburse me. There has been no reimbursement as of yet and it is the end of December.
