"Warranty Recall Service Excellent" Came in a little late for the service appointment but was still greeted extremely well. Loaned me a car and texted me with the results of the service notifying me of 1 additional service to do as an option. No issues and let me know again by text that the car was ready and after arriving, gave me a quick rundown and out the door! They washed my car also. Excellent service and Ryan was very considerate!

"Ryan Rocks!" I was unexpectedly required to work the day of my initial scheduled service, and Ryan was awesome about no hassle reschedule. I was able to get a ride to and from my work (Dale was great btw), and my car was ready and sparkling clean when I got there. I've said it before, and I'll keep saying it . . . I return for my BMW service because of Ryan. I am always impressed with the care and follow up he and his team provides.
"Recall Super Service" I took my BMW 328IX in for some recall issues. Was greeted by the most friendly, service oriented, and efficient staff. Because of the length of time my service would take and the fact that I lived 45 minutes away, I requested a loaner. And no shabby loaner. Top-notch! The communication when my car was finished was easy and accompanied by a full car report. I am totally impressed with this dealership and it’s staff. Thank you.

"Small in size, big on service" I just recently relocated to Boise and needed to have my 2014 X6 serviced. Coming from a much larger city where I had been a customer for over a decade I wasn't sure what to expect in Boise. Well, Ryan McCalla took great care of me and my vehicle. Very knowledgeable and was always available to answer any questions and get back to me via calls or texts. I would certainly recommend Ryan and the service team at Peterson BMW.
"Helpful and kind staff " Ryan was very helpful getting me scheduled for a day I could have the use of a loaner vehicle. Car was serviced quickly and came back clean. Only feedback- I was looking forward to shopping the new BMWs while I was there for service but I think the lot now only features used cars of various makes and models? Seems like a missed opportunity for new sales or upgrades.
"Pleasant staff." The only reason(s) I didn’t leave five stars: -No loaner vehicle to be given. -Inside of vehicle not cleaned after a $7000.00 job.
" Excellent service" Even if I didn't love my car, I'd still return to Peterson BMW because of the service excellence. Every time I've gone there the staff has been friendly, professional and incredibly accommodative.
