"Brake Issue" We had squeaky brakes on our certified 435i convertible that just wouldn't go away. I spoke to Rafael Cuevas, the BMW Service Manager about the recurring issue. He was able to take the car in for several days, try a fix and verify if that actually solved the problem. After keeping the car for a week, they found the issue and were able to give us a permanent fix! Nice work.
"Great Service " Great service and ride to the airport would price for service was reasonable and completed when estimated. Car Spa is a good value as well!
"Service satisfaction" Everyone was very professional and courteous and the work was done on time. The parts department guy was very helpful -- all around good work and a good experience.
